How we evaluate platforms
This page documents how the platform comparisons and alternatives on listallexperts.com are produced. The intent is honesty first; the structure that follows is what allows us to keep that promise as we cover more platforms.
What we collect on each platform
For every platform we cover, we record the same set of attributes:
- Business model — how the platform actually works (marketplace, vetted talent network, gig store, hiring desk, etc.)
- Target market — the kind of buyer and the kind of expert it serves, including geographic focus where it matters
- Fees — both sides of the transaction: what the buyer pays, what the freelancer pays, and any tier or threshold conditions
- Vetting and onboarding — how (and whether) the platform reviews talent before it goes live
- Engagement style — typical project size, contract type, and the platform's role in delivery and payment
- Geographic focus — where the platform's supply and demand are concentrated
Where a platform's own positioning differs from how it is generally used, we note both.
How we verify each data point
We use the platform's own public sources first: the homepage, pricing page, help center, and founder statements. Where the public sources are silent or inconsistent, we note the uncertainty rather than fill it in.
We do not accept paid placements, sponsored rankings, or affiliate commissions. listallexperts.com is itself listed transparently in the comparison hubs, with the same fields and the same scrutiny as every other platform.
Some attributes — most often fees — change. Each comparison and alternatives page carries a last-reviewed date so readers can judge how fresh the data is.
What we don't do
- We don't accept payment to rank a platform higher.
- We don't insert affiliate links into the comparisons.
- We don't fabricate features, founders, dates, or reviews.
- We don't invent human bylines on AI-drafted content.
- We don't make CTR or conversion claims we can't measure.
How content is produced
Comparison and alternatives pages are drafted with AI assistance and reviewed by the listallexperts.com team before publication. Where a page is substantially rewritten by a person, that's the same review pass — there is one editorial standard.
We do not invent human authors. Pages are attributed to listallexperts.com editorial. Where AI tools were involved in the drafting, that is part of how content is produced here, and we say so on this page rather than dressing it up as something else.
If you spot an error
Pricing changes, platforms pivot, founders move on. If anything on a comparison or alternatives page is out of date or wrong, please tell us through the feedback form. We aim to respond within five working days, and corrections are applied to the live page rather than queued for a later review.
How often we review
Each comparison and alternatives page is reviewed at least quarterly. Pages with material price or model changes are updated sooner — driven by reader reports, our own monitoring, or platform announcements.
