Yes. Cancel from your profile page with one click. No retention calls, no hidden cancellation flows, no guilt trips. Your listing stays active until the end of your current billing period, then it is removed. If you rejoin later, you can reactivate your profile.

Enter PIONEER2026 during checkout and your subscription is set to CHF 0 per month. This is not a trial - it is a genuine early-access offer with limited availability. We offer it because a directory needs experts to be useful, and early experts take a bet on a new platform. This is our way of acknowledging that.

Why is payment information required even with a free code?

Two reasons. First, it filters out spam registrations - requiring a valid payment method means every profile belongs to a real person. Second, it prepares the subscription for when pricing applies. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

What happens if the platform shuts down?

Your data remains yours. Your profile content, contact details, and descriptions are things you created - if the platform closes, you still have them. We do not lock you in. There are no long-term contracts, no data hostage situations, and no exit fees. If we shut down, we will give advance notice so you can export anything you need.

Profiles go through a brief manual review before publication. This typically takes 1–2 business days. The review exists to maintain directory quality - we check that the profile is complete, professional, and represents a real person. If something needs adjustment, we will tell you what to fix rather than silently rejecting it.

Yes, anytime. Edit your skills, description, locations, or contact details from your profile page. Strategic tip: update your profile when you finish a notable project, learn a new skill, or shift your focus area. Profiles that evolve signal an active professional. Stale profiles signal someone who listed once and forgot about it.

What if my skill is not in the list?

Add it as a custom skill. Our team reviews custom submissions and adds relevant ones to the shared skill list. This means the directory vocabulary grows with its users. If you work in an emerging field - AI governance, sustainability consulting, quantum computing - your custom skill helps future experts in the same niche find their category already waiting.

Is it free for clients?

Yes, completely. Clients browse profiles, filter by skill and location, view contact details, and reach out to experts - all without creating an account or paying anything. This is intentional: the more accessible the directory is to clients, the more valuable it becomes for experts.

No, and this is by design. ListAllExperts is a discovery tool, not a marketplace. You find each other here; everything else - contracts, scope, rates, invoicing - happens directly between you. This keeps things simple and means you are never locked into our payment terms or dispute resolution process.

We do not certify or verify credentials - and we are upfront about that. What we provide is direct access: you see the expert's description, skills, website, and contact details. You assess fit the same way you would with any professional referral - by reviewing their background and having a conversation. The directory removes the search friction, not the evaluation step.

No. This is a directory, not a job board. The design choice is deliberate: job boards create a race to the bottom where experts compete on price. List what you want to be hired for, not everything you have ever done.

I already have clients through referrals. Why bother with a directory?
